This is a poorly maintained property ran by a management company. We encountered multiple issues, and when raised, the hosts refused to reimburse us. The property’s location is beautiful, but that is about all it has. The pool malfunctioned often, and the deck / side of the house needs repair. The worst part however is the rampant pest infestation of both rodents and ants. There were rodent carcasses in the garage (likely walls as well), and we lost a large amount of groceries to the ants on the first level of the home. I do not recommend this property, host, or rental agency.

During the seven-night stay, concerns about pests, the pool, and the deck were first brought to our attention on the evening of night six, along with a refund request, leaving us no earlier opportunity to address them. Our post-checkout inspection, including video documentation, showed no active ant activity, and pesticide had already been applied before we were contacted. We offered a $100 grocery credit as a gesture of goodwill and are continuing planned improvements to the home, including a full deck rebuild. Guest comfort matters deeply to us, and we always encourage guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so we can respond promptly and work toward a resolution. We wish you well.

The property has real charm — lovely views and grounds — but the house runs small; the first floor felt tight for a family of four. The deck has several small unmarked steps, and despite the property manager’s assurance the pool was safe to use, the water was greenish and cloudy, so we skipped it. What really cut our stay short was the location. The Feliz Fire broke out ~10 miles away shortly after we arrived and grew to 850+ acres within hours. The only access road is a long, partly gravel, single-lane route with no alternate exit besides the 101, so we left before dark rather than risk it. The property sits in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone, and was evacuated during the 2020 Walbridge Fire and placed under evacuation warning during the 2024 Point Fire (per CAL FIRE records). We didn’t check the fire zone before booking — our mistake, and an expensive one, since the reservation was non-refundable. Hope this helps future guests factor in wildfire risk for June–November stays.

I came here with my husband and two children for a week of sunshine away from the city and we had a great time. The surroundings are truly breathtaking and there are so many lovely spots to take in the views: poolside, or on one of three balconies / decks. Everything was clean and comfortable. Debi was very responsive and helpful and there were lots of fun things to do in Healdsburg and Sebastopol.

This location and its surrounding views are stunning. Don't worry about the "partially restricted roads" that Google Maps might mention when you look at the short route to town-there is a narrow road, but it was fine. A few important things to note about the property and that I hope the owners will take action soon to address: The deck you use to access the door to the house and the outside area is in bad shape. Loose floorboards, nailheads sticking up, many spots that move underfoot and sink with each step. Hazardous, and needs immediate attention. The kitchen was not as well set up as I would expect for this price point, and for a location this remote where you would expect at least some cooking to take place. These items would really improve the functionality of the kitchen, and they were not present: can opener (we purchased one and left it behind, so there should be one now!) cheese grater vegetable peeler measuring cups and spoons food storage containers

Our stay was perfect. The pool and hot tub were amazing, beds comfortable and only a 15-20 minute drive into town. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location! We loved being in Healdsburg, this was a bit of a trek up a narrow, winding hill but made for a beautiful view up top! Pool and hot tub were great to have. Everything was clean, tidy, comfortable temperature especially in the middle of summer. They were very responsive and had great instructions on how to operate everything. Each room had a little balcony/deck which was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee on! The kitchen is a little small, but there is a nice size dining table as well as outdoor seating for dining. Good value for this stay! It’s an older home, but was great for us to stay for a short visit!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. The home is gorgeous, thoughtfully designed, and truly felt luxurious from the moment we arrived. The views are spectacular and were one of the highlights of our stay, we found ourselves constantly stopping to take them in. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, the house was comfortable and well-appointed, and it was the perfect setting for a relaxing girls' getaway. Everything felt peaceful, private, and special. We would happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful Healdsburg retreat!

I rented this place for a girls trip and it was a great spot! The bedrooms are spacious and easily fit our group of 5. The common area was well set up with plenty of room for everyone. Everything was clean. The views from both inside and outside the house were incredible. The pool had umbrellas, which were not in the photos, and I was appreciative of that. I would stay again.

Private retreat with a nice pool, hot tub and view. The space is smartly designed and comfortable. Wonderful for a group of friends looking for a short getaway to wine country when privacy and space is preferred to walkability. Kitchen was well appointed. Wifi was fast even with the remote location.

We had an amazing stay here celebrating a birthday. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located for exploring Napa and the surrounding areas. It felt like the ideal home base for wine tasting, relaxing, and just enjoying the scenery. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well put together, with great attention to detail. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. Communication with Debi was easy throughout the stay, and she was responsive and helpful whenever needed. There was a small issue with one of the beds when we checked in, but it was handled quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, the experience was fantastic. We had a great time, made some amazing memories, and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
