• 2nd level: 3 bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 Queen), 2 full bathrooms
• Pool House: Half bathroom with separate shower. Pool heating available, rates vary by season.
• Pool Depth: 3'6" - 6'6". Pool Dimensions: 16'x36'.
• Drip coffee maker available for guest use (coffee not supplied). Kitchen is equipped with a SodaStream, two blenders, kitchen aid mixer, food processor, popcorn maker, hand blender, French Press and Creuset pot set.
• Only 10 minutes from the Healdsburg Plaza.
• Pets negotiable.

Climate Control: The downstairs living areas feature central heating and air conditioning, while each upstairs bedroom is equipped with its own individual heating and AC unit for personalized comfort.
Should the power go out the house is equipped with a backup generator that will automatically turn on during an outage.
