Great property! Will definitely stay here again! Wish the listing told us there was a bbq outside we could use. Also, would recommend a wall A/C unit for room upstairs! Everything else was perfect ☺️🙌🏽

This house worked perfectly for us. Myself, Husband and his parents stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. The house was so comfortable (especially that hammock in the back)! It was in a good location that so many shops, wine tasting, and restaurants were all in reasonable walking distances.

This VRBO was an excellent stay for our long weekend in Healdsburg with our toddler. It was perfect walking distance from all of the downtown spots and across the street from the library as well! Would recommend!

Charming, clean, super comfy for a couple or small family. Literally one block from restaurants and shops, yet quiet. Nice patio with chairs and hammock. Everything is as shown in photos. Bed and sofa are excellent. A winner!!!!

Nice place. Easy to park. Great location - it's greatest asset. A very good stay. Someone does need to be good with stairs as one bedroom is up there. For the price paid, it wouldn't hurt to have a second bathroom

First of all, I want to say how adorable, cozy, well equipped and inviting this historic, well kept home is. Close proximity to everything and within walking distance to it all. However, as much as I really want to give a 5 star review, I was torn on what to accurately choose because of two very important things that played a very big part in the stay. One thing was the old authentic stair case. Very high step between each step, narrow in size. This made bringing up a larger suitcase very difficult. The second thing, even more of a detriment, was the shower/tub. My mom, being a fairly "young" 83 year old, was absolutely unable to "climb" into the tub to shower. Fortunately, she slept downstairs and did not have to endure the stairs. But, unfortunately, she was not able to shower one single time. Thankfully, our home was a 5 minute drive away, so I had to pick her up whenever she wanted to bathe. This should be indicated in the notes as to the difficulty in carrying larger luggage pieces up the stairs and the difficulty in an elderly person safely getting into the tub/shower to bathe. I believe if these things mattered to a future guest, they should be made aware ahead of time. In the past I had two rental properties myself. I made it very clear that there was a lengthy staircase and provided pictures just incase that was important to someone before booking.

Perfect for a family or two (close) couples - beds are cozy, kitchen is well-equipped, and the place is perfect. Worth noting that the only bathroom opens up to the dining/kitchen area, so modest cohabitants might find that awkward. All in all, a great place!

We love staying in Healdsburg when we visit Sonoma County and this property perfectly met our needs. A short walk to everything in town which makes it so convenient. House was very clean and exactly as described. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Amazing location, so walkable. House was incredibly clean. My only issue was that I thought the couch would be a pull out, but it was just a couch so one of us was sleeping on a couch vs. a bed.

Property was impeccably maintained and we loved the location...close to the town center, within walking distance of some cool neighborhoods, and easy to get to. The kitchen was stocked enough for us to cook and the beds were comfortable.

We had booked this house because we had a college alumni event at a winery nearby. Sadly, the event got canceled at the last minute, but we kept our weekend away and had a fantastic time, enjoying great hikes and meals.This house is perfectly located so you can walk to everything that’s in central Healdsburg.The care and attention to detail put into the decoration of this historic home did not go unnoticed by us. We would come back again!

What a perfect spot from which to explore Healdsburg! The location couldn't be better for walking to everything downtown, and also to the Seghesio winery. The home is beautiful, well decorated, and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Good attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful cottage for 4 adults. Walking distance to the square. Easy parking. Great kitchen table for meals and games. Cute decor with a big bathroom. We had a wonderful time and loved the decor.

Cute house; great location. It’s a little farther than I thought to drive back and forth from Napa, but still a great place. Happened to be there during the big parade which was an added bonus. Only issue the upstairs bedroom was very hot; never cooled down and had to sleep downstairs on the couch.

Everything was excellent. The accommodations were clean and comfortable with everything we would want. The location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere. The communication with the property manager was fast and complete. I would totally recommend.

This adorable house is perfectly situated in downtown Healdsburg close to the square and loads of quality dining and wine tasting. Just right for two couples. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Will keep in mind for the future!

Clean and comfortable cottage. Very well kept. This cottage is well stocked with pots and pans, plates, glasses, baking and mixing bowls. Pretty much stocked like you would at your home. Beds are very comfortable. Easy walkability to downtown. Would definitely book this place when we return for a visit to Healdsburg.

Great location. Clean.. Great communication with property manager. The problem is that the second bedroom is really the attic, and even with window AC was 10 degrees hotter than first floor. Also colder at n ight so in warmer months this could potentially be a problem.

We had a perfect experience. The house is very clean and functional and the location simply cannot be beat. The local management company was very responsive and helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks and really got a feel for living in town given the proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, highways, wineries etc. I would highly recommend this house and we will absolutely be back if they will have us.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Carma Cottage. The location just off Healdsburg Square makes it so easy to dine, shop, and visit wineries — no car needed! The house itself is very comfortable and there is an ample kitchen and dining area for nights you would rather stay in and cook. Would recommend with enthusiasm!

This property is really charming and super comfortable, very well stocked. Slightly busy street, but within walking distance of the Square. Everything is very high-quality. there is only one bathroom. We stay in VRBO properties a lot and everything in this cottage is high-quality, comfortable, and well thought out.
