Original hardwood floors run throughout the home, grounding the space in warmth and history. The light-filled living room offers a welcoming place to gather, anchored by a cozy fireplace, built-in shelving, and plush, comfortable seating — ideal for unwinding after a day exploring nearby tasting rooms, cafés, and boutique shops.

Just beyond, the adjacent dining room is a true highlight. With its signature green and white checkerboard floors, long farmhouse table, candlelit ambiance, and arched built-in hutch, it creates a memorable setting for shared meals, long conversations, and lingering evenings at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, featuring sage green cabinetry, a classic subway tile backsplash, and all essential cookware and amenities. Whether preparing a casual breakfast or hosting a wine-paired dinner, the space is designed to feel both functional and inviting.

The two bedrooms are intentionally serene and well-appointed, each featuring iron bed frames, plush white linens, curated artwork, and a calm, restful atmosphere. The bathroom continues the home’s refined aesthetic with classic tilework and elevated finishes that balance style and simplicity.

Step outside into your private, fully fenced yard — a true Wine Country retreat. Dine al fresco beneath the patio umbrella, shaded by a mature olive tree and a citrus tree heavy with fruit. The outdoor dining table comfortably seats six, making it ideal for sunset dinners, morning coffee in the California sun, or unhurried evenings under the stars.

As an exclusive Wine Country perk for guests, complimentary wine tastings are included for up to six guests at select local wineries. This curated offering provides a personal introduction to the world-class appellations surrounding Healdsburg — including Dry Creek Valley, Russian River Valley, and Alexander Valley.

This is more than a place to stay — it’s a thoughtfully curated Wine Country experience. From morning walks to the Plaza to afternoons spent tasting world-class wines and evenings gathered under the olive tree, every detail invites you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy Healdsburg at its most effortless and memorable.
