Private Vineyard Haven with Pool Hot Tub and Tastings Included

We loved this house! So close to town and such a beautiful setting. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and Debi was always so helpful and quickly responded to any questions I had. Will stay here again!

We loved our time in this Airbnb! The two bedrooms are on completely different sides of the house which makes it great for privacy. The backyard is amazing, I loved being able to change the colors of the hot tub and pool. It’s close to downtown. We went to 2/3 of the wineries that were recommended and they were delicious. We would love to be back!

Our group had a fantastic stay over a long holiday weekend. The house was wonderful, cozy and warm. It was the perfect weekend with weather so we were able to enjoy the outdoor amenities including the hot tub. Everything was well explained. Would recommend this air bnb to anyone coming to Healdsburg. The location was very convenient for uber rides to the vineyards and to the downtown restaurants.

Great house for two couples in a perfect location. Beautiful decor and property but there were a few hiccups: tvs didn’t work, sound system didn’t work, and the fire pit in the backyard activated the motion light every 10 seconds. Very easy check in and check out procedures.

5 stars all the way. From ease of check in and check out to property manager’s responsiveness. The only reason I gave 4 stars for location is that it’s a bit remote and it’s on a double yellow line road. The road itself isn’t busy but just not in town in case you are looking for walking distance to restaurants. Although it’s only a 5 min ride into town. But everything else is 5 stars. Clean, convenient and the kitchen is really well stocked. We were able to make breakfast and a few dinners easily. Many times, at rentals, the knives are dull but this place has high quality cutlery, pans etc etc and even several micro planes. :-) We borrowed a travel crib but noticed that the property actually has a pack and play. Nice touch with the automatic blinds. The huge backyard with grill allowed us to have a small family gathering. Really pretty and really relaxing.

What a lovely spot just outside of Healdsburg! The only thing I wish it had was bikes, as there were so many wineries within just a half-mile. Great spot for a small family or 2 couples.

Although the yard and outside space is not nearly as well maintained as pictured, overall was as advertised. Well appointed and supplied. Comfy beds and great location less than a minute from downtown Healdsberg. Check in/out was easy. Only other issue was that the house was 85F degrees when we arrived and it took 24 hours to cool properly. Had to use floor fans throughout the house to abate the heat.

We had a fabulous weekend staying at the property. It was a very short drive to the town and restaurants. May fabulous vineyards within a 10-15 minute drive which was incredible!! Loved the outdoor space/backyard plus the fire pit.

This property is so amazing. The ability to basically open the house to the outside is such a perfect way to experience the climate and connection to the area. It was hard to leave the house to visit attractions but it is within reasonable walking distance of downtown but secluded outside of the busy areas. The kitchen is very well stocked and the house is clean and tastefully decorated. I cannot overstate how wonderful it is to get up/get home and just open the windows/doors and hang out on the decks in all the locations around the house. We loved it here and will definitely try to rent this place again when we return. clay

We were 2 couples in town for Dry Creek Valley Passport Weekend. GREAT location! Very close to town, easy to get to the wineries on Westside Rd and Dry Creek Valley Rd. The house was nicely set up for us. The beds were comfortable. The shower in the nicer bathroom was incredible-- the sheer volume of water was so luxurious-- and we love the tile and the window in the shower. We used the outdoor grill and the fireplace and enjoyed both. Only recommendation would be to get new kitchen chairs. They are very uncomfortable and also have wire backs which snagged my brand new sweater.

This is my 3rd time staying at this property. The house is clean, comfortable and roomy. It is well kept and has great views of vineyards. Close to downtown Healdsburg and all of the wineries we go to. This is the first time they have had the pool. We were a bit intimidated to try and take off the cover to use the spa, so we didn’t. It probably would have been simple. The yard is very cute. This place would be perfect for two couples.

Great property. Location great as is the house itself. Two quick observations need to keep outside patio cleaned from the mess from birds. Front deck steps a little scary. Highly recommend this cute little cottage in Healdsburg. It is super close to the square, wineries and dining. The only detail we weren't aware of upon arrival was that they are building a pool on the property so there was a gate around the construction area that blocked the beautiful view of vineyards. Lucky for us we were visiting in winter so we weren't hanging outside much and ultimately weren't too bothered by it. Plus, the management company left a beautiful wine country basket upon arrival for the construction mess. The pool will be a really nice addition to this property for the hot summer months. We have stayed here before and will be back again. It's a perfect little getaway for two couples.

The management company is very responsive and committed to creating a five-star experience. The home is lovely. Due to the heavy rains, completion of the pool has taken more time than anticipated. Unfortunately this impacts the view from the back side of the house, however, when it's completed, it will be fabulous.

Spent a weekend for my sons 30th birthday. The house was in a good location, close to town and numerous wineries. The house was perfect size for two couples. It was clean, well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard is a lovely, comfortable setting. The biggest downside of the house is that the pool was advertised to be completed and was not. There was not good transparency and the pool was advertised to be completed. I also spoke to the property management company who made it sound that it would be completed. Overall a nice stay.

Used this property as our basis for 4 day Wine Country weekend. Very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath house just outside of downtown Healdsburg with high end finishes. Bed was super comfortable and every room had the ability to stream music from your phone. Convenient to Russian River Wineries, downtown Healdsburg, Geyersville and even a day in Napa County (about an hour away). Headsburg was very charming with lots of dining options.

The gardens and pool area are wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor areas. The main bedroom and bathroom are great but the seminary bedroom is incredibly tight with very little room around the bed. The secondary bathroom is small and outdated with an old tub shower. Some of the bathroom towels were quite worn and stained. The oven door hinge was not working and the handle was loose and came off. This caused issues with trying to get the oven to heat initially and we let mgmt know of the needed repair.

We loved everything about this home. The pool/hot tub and outdoor area were exceptional. The interior was spacious and beautifully appointed. Proximity to Downtown Healdsburg was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a weekend in Healdsburg with another couple at this lovely home and highly recommend it. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom on separate sides of the house. Although only the master has a king size bed and double bathroom vanity, the room with a queen size bed is next to the study, so you can utilize that space as well, if you need extra space to get ready for the day. Sitting on the front and backyard deck overlooking the beautiful scenery was so relaxing, and the bocce ball was an added bonus!

We came with another couple and loved that there was a bedroom on each end of the house. The grounds were gorgeous. It was a little chilly when we came- so we will definitely be back to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Our family of 3 had a very pleasant stay at this property. We were attending shows at the Healdsburg Jazz festival and were able to walk to all the locations. This house is adorable and well maintained. The backyard is an oasis and it’s a short walk into Healdsburg, though, there aren’t sidewalks for most of the walk so you would need appropriate shoes (no heels!). Highly recommend for your next trip to Healdsburg!

We had a lovely time in Healdsburg and the surrounding area! Everyone was just lovely. Of course the wine tastings, cheese tastings, restaurants were lovely. We enjoyed a late afternoon swim daily prior to heading out for dinner in the evening!

A very lovely spot -- well-appointed, clean, and everything worked without a hitch! Loved the birdsong in the morning and sitting in the hot tub under the stars at night. Beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night for sleeping.I will note for others that it appears on your mapping software as if you might be able to walk into town from the property, but there are no sidewalks or shoulders on the local roads, so it's a bit sketchy to do so, especially at night.

We had a really lovely stay - the pool and the back garden are just perfect. It is a short walk to the plaza, but really only safe during the day and not in 40-degree heat! The only downside, and not something I read in any review, and also not any fault of the owners, is that the 101 is close by and can be heard constantly. Everything else was incredible - very clean with lots of supplies and everything you could ever need to cook! My highlight was showering whilst taking in the views of the vines. Loved it!

This charming wine country home was perfect for our group of 4 (two couples). The layout provided privacy when we needed, and perfectly-appointed common spaces when we didn't. We went with some friends and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The house is conveniently located close to town. It was clean and the accommodations were lovely. The attention to landscaping of the outdoor area is nothing short of stunning! My favorite part of each day was getting up before everyone else, taking my tea, a blanket and my book outside to sit in one of the Adirondacks and just watch the day unfold surrounded by the beauty and sounds of birdsong in the backyard. Really, really great place to stay! Will definitely stay there again.favorite part

Loved having a place of our own to enjoy a glass of wine or game of cards. Kitchen is well stocked. Used the outside fire table briefly. Everything was great. You can walk into town but it's a pretty busy road. Would recommend having car or using ride share which can get sparse in Healdsburg.

We visited Healdsburg for a special milestone celebration with college sorority sisters. This house was perfect in every way! The views, the layout, the vineyard in the back yard, the fruit trees in the front yard, full kitchen and three coffee maker options. The location of the house was right next to town and with in close proximity to many vineyards. I hope we are able to return here again soon!

This is a perfect home base for wine country exploring! We went with adult daughter and her husband and bedrooms are divided with bathrooms on either side of the house. The kitchen is well appointed and that’s coming from people who like to cook our dinners at home when out there doing wine tastings during the day. Lots of amenities (pool, hot tub, outdoor games, board games, outdoor grill) which is nice but often don’t use them when we visit properties, but we used everything and had a blast! Would definitely stay here again! FYI it is totally walkable to Healdsburg but it’s along the road and you should wear sturdy comfortable shoes. Cheers!

This stunning house is everything advertised and more. We could not have had a better weekend here. The grounds are extensive and stunning, beautifully kept and wonderful to lounge around. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The landscaping is perfectly manicured. The pool is a dream, and the cover keeps it warm, even in the cool Sonoma evenings.Inside, it is just as conscientiously kept up. The kitchen is beautifully organized and full of excellent equipment. The fridge is huge. It's a great space to cook in, and it's extremely well-appointed with good quality wine glasses. There is plenty of dining space, adn the accordian doors in the front and back let you have a genuine, seamless blend of inside-outside living.The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms and well-appointed. There are plenty of towels, including pool towels. The washer and dryer are excellent.Simply put, this is one of the most impeccably kept houses we've ever rented. You couldn't ask for a better spot for a Sonoma trip. And that doesn't even mention the location, which is beyond ideal if you love the Russian River Valley.

We loved the place - it was a perfect getaway with an amazing backyard pool and landscaping. The kitchen was well equipped, I only wish we had time to cook. The only downside is that although close to Healdsburg, it is not really walkable on the other side of the 101.
