Great place! Very clean and cozy.

Veronica, a clean and genuinely cozy space is exactly what a good stay is built on, and it means a lot to hear both came through. Hope to welcome you back whenever you need a comfortable base in the city.

We had a very nice stay. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. With our stay we also received free vine tasting which was a great added touch.

Such a charming river cottage in one of the most gem parts of Healdsburg (a truly special town in Sonoma). We loved the jacuzzi and the peaceful back yard and walk to the river (public access just steps away). It would have been helpful to know that the upstairs bedrooms don’t have doors to close (think open attic areas with each bedroom on a section and a powder room in between but no sound privacy) but it worked for our kids. Also heads up that the only shower is attached to a clawfoot tub surrounded by curtain so if you have slip or balance issues be aware. Our dog was happy with the closed off yard. All in all the hosts were responsive and we had a great stay. Would be back.

Amazing stay that felt very cozy insane and outside. Would stay again if I am ever in the area, had jacuzzi, quick access to Fitch Mountain hiking trail and other surrounding eatery within 10 minute drive. Leading to the area can be winding mountain roads and a small road to access the home. Very spacious parking that can fit 3 cars! The living room and upstairs room had portable AC units. We used portable fan for the downstair room and the room after the stairs. Overall great 10/10 experience of the home and area!

Tevin, the jacuzzi paired with quick access to Fitch Mountain trails is a hard combination to beat, and knowing three cars fit comfortably takes the logistical stress out of a group trip entirely. The winding road in only adds to the sense of arrival. Anyone looking for a cozy mountain escape with real outdoor access will find this one earns it.

We have rented this home multiple times now for our annual Summer river retreat. We love that it's dog friendly with a fenced back yard, on a cute street with a quick walk down to the river/beach, and has enough beds for our small group. This year when we showed up we were pleasantly surprised to find the home had been zhuzhed up a bit with new interior paint, nicer mattresses, and the kitchen was better stocked with basic cooking essentials. We always enjoy our time here and look forward to next year.

We had a great stay at the house on Fitch Mountain! Accommodating in our early check in request and very responsive on questions. The beds were comfortable and parking was very easy which is rare on the mountain. Well appointed and clean, we'd love to stay again!

Very nice and cozy. Quiet and peaceful surroundings in the mountains. Clean inside and nice kitchen area. Backyard was nice amongst the trees. Good to relax out back with a good book or to use the hot tub. A little bit of a walk to get down to the river but worth the effort once there. Steps to get upstairs were a little steep, so be sure to hold on to the rails. Overall the vacation house was very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.

We loved our stay! The house was charming and the location was peaceful and relaxing. We were in town for a cycling trip and we were able to ride in and out from the neighborhood with ease. The house is thoughtfully appointed and we had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to come back again.

My 3 children and I stayed here for a week while visiting family and we felt right at home. Close to town and where we needed to be. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The tap water was great for drinking. I would absolutely come back again.

Our stay was nice but a few things were missing from the description. The dishwasher was not user friendly whatsoever. In order to use it we needed to drag it over to the sink and connect it to the sink faucet. The hot tub was great but extremely slippery to access and there were no preventative safety measures like anti-slip strips on the deck or steps. The heat worked but the program was all wonky and heated the house when we were trying to sleep and dropped down during the day despite us setting it. We liked it there but the steep steps to access the upstairs area was just too nerve wracking for navigating with our toddler.

The house is in a great secluded location just outside of Healdsburg. It is very easy to get to town, and the house itself is well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay!
