Santini Farmhouse Wine Tastings Included

Beautiful house in a great location, just a couple minutes from the cute town of Geyserville and a quick drive to Healdsburg. Great recommendations from the host for local wine tastings. (We especially enjoyed Merriam!) Great spaces that make it feel rural and private but yet close to all the amenities.

Place looked great in the pictures & even nicer in person. Location was fantastic. Very nice & comfortable inside. we were there with another couple celebrating our anniversary & wine tasting. by staying at Santini Farmhouse, we got free wine tastings to 3 different wineries. I am very particular about my wines & all 3 places were marvelous, with us buying wine at all 3 of them. The house is on Dry Creek Rd. with dozens of wineries within 5 miles of us & the town of Healdsburg just 10 minutes away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property & would not hesitate to stay here again!!!

We have stayed at about 15 Airbnbs and this is our favorite. Great layout. Good size bedrooms, bathrooms living room and kitchen. Every thing works: appliances, tvs , showers, dishwasher and laundry. Well stocked with soap , towels, detergent. Great front porch with direct views of vineyard. Close to great restaurants in Geyserville and Healdsburg and favorite wineries. Beautifully landscaped. Owners gave us a tour of new home the are building. Can’t wait to come back next year .

The Santini Farmhouse was perfect for our girls weekend in wine country. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean. It was close enough to the town of Healdsburg. But we were really shocked by the view- it overlooked the valley with vineyards and hills. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Ranch House. It was perfect for a long weekend in the wine country. The home is very quiet, and extremely comfortable. It is well appointed, with very nice furniture, beds and very clean bedding materials. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. We look forward to our next stay there.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Management is prompt in replying to any questions. Outdoor amenities were a bonus & the views of the sunsets over the vineyards are a real treat. Area is remote with most business in town closing early was the only drawback we encountered while staying in Healdsburg.

The Santini Farmhouse is a charming, clean, well maintained property right on Dry Creek Road. You feel part of wine country surrounded by vineyards, wineries and open space. The owners clearly take pride in their property and every inch of the farmhouse is beautifully maintained, well appointed and thoughtful. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more as a family! A PERFECT 2 bdrm home in the heart of Dry Creek Valley. The home was wonderfully appointed and the outdoor space terrific! Better even the the online pictures. Minutes from both Healdsburg and Geyserville, the location couldn't be better. We will definitely stay here again.

We have been to the Healdsburg area many times. This house was not only clean and beautiful, but was located perfectly to our favorite wineries, as well as highway access and proximity to town. If you prefer to spend more time at the house, it is very comfortable. Couldn’t have been more pleased!

Santini Farmhouse was a great place to stay for a week-long vacation--clean, comfortable and spacious! The two bedroom, two bath layout is perfect for two couples travelling together. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed using the firepit and hot tub. Highly recommended!

The house was perfect for a reunion weekend with two couples. Great location for winery visits, bicycling, hiking at Lake Sonoma, dining out. House had everything to cook, eat, hang out indoors or out, nice hot tub. On a busy road, but quiet at night. Stars from horizon to horizon at night. Perfect place to spend the holidays. Close to wineries and hiking. Great dining in Healdsburg. A really, really sweet place to stay. Felt like home. We cooked Christmas dinner in the really well-stocked kitchen. Sipped wine in the hot tub. And generally just relaxed. It was hard to leave.

The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The grounds are beautiful. TVs, hot tub, etc. are labeled and directions are clear. Details on how to change the bedroom fan speeds would be appreciated. We love the option to leave extra food for a local food pantry! Would definitely rent again!

What an absolutely amazing stay! Every detail, every knick knack was tastefully and thoughtfully added to this beautiful home. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept on in a vacay home, the kitchen was fully equipped, the hot tub was large and hot and the views were to die for! Seriously, one of the nicest spots we've stayed at - and we've done many of these. The location is awesome - so close to so many vineyards and no noise from cars passing by. Truly relaxing and pampering!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Santini Farmhouse! The house looked exactly as the photos portrayed and we loved that both bedrooms had their own en suite - it made it really nice for two couples sharing the house. The kitchen and laundry room had everything we needed and the rocking chairs on the front porch were our favorite place for morning coffee and to spend the evenings as the sun went down. The views of the grape vines across the street were absolutely stunning and I'm missing the view out my own front yard every day since I've been back home. If we find ourselves in the area again, we'll definitely consider staying here again!

Beautifully renovated historic property. Well appointed and equipped. We enjoyed the rockers on the front porch with fans above, found our way to the picnic table in the back to play cards and barbecue. It was a warm one so nice to retire to air conditioned sleeping. Would certainly visit again.

Our stay at Santini Farmhouse was wonderful! This home is beautifully decorated - every detail attended to! The house was stocked with anything you need to make this your home away from home. The beds were comfortable as well as all furniture in the house. Instructions for everything was explained in the house guide and there was other valuable information detailing things to do in the area including restaurants. The location of the home made for a great home base as we started off on our daily winery visits. Communication with the hosts was excellent - timely, detailed and informative. We use VRBO often and the experience with Santini Farmhouse could be a model for other owners to follow! We highly recommend this beautiful property.

The house and garden were both lovely with minor exceptions. The big issue was the location of the house on a very busy street. There was nothing in the listing to alert me to this. The traffic noise could be heard both in the garden and in the house and was very distracting. The house was very well appointed and comfortable with the exception of the bedding. For some reason, they used polyester sheets which caused both couples to have trouble sleeping.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The decor is whimsical and fun. The furniture comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. The beds and bathrooms are large and very comfortable. The owners did a fabulous job restoring the home. After a day of exploring and wine tasting we enjoyed the comfortable seats in the back yard and the hot tub We stayed 3 nights and ate all our dinners in. Our questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend this home and we would stay there again. It is on a main road, but it quiets down in the evening.

We were two couples from Austin visiting for a birthday weekend. We loved our stay at the Santini Farmhouse. The house itself is modern, clean and very well appointed. The landscaping and grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the hot tub out back to relax with a glass of wine is the cherry on top. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at the house if you're not out enjoying the amazing restaurants that are only a short drive down the road into town. And best feature? A ton of world-class vineyards and wineries within a few miles that will keep you busy tasting for days.Definitely recommend this place for a stay. You won't be disappointed.

We four have traveled together for many, many years. By now, we know exactly what we are looking for in our home away from home: a open floor plan, wellequipped kitchen, cozy group seating area. Santini had all of that plus comfortables beds, outdoor grilland hot tub, and amazing outdoor space. The guest manual was the best I’ve ever seen! And it was obvious our comfort and safety was important to our hosts! The location was peaceful yet close to everything- we will be back!!

Wonderful stay at the Santini Farmhouse recently. The property is extremely well-maintained, updated, clean, and charming. We enjoyed coffee on the porch one morning, and made use of the hot tub (which is mere steps away from the Master Bedroom) multiple times. Extremely comfortable for our entire family of four, and this was an ideal home base to explore Healdsburg and the surrounding area. I wish we had booked a longer stay! Thank you! *One tip, there is an extra step or two (simple paperwork to sign electronically) after you book this property through Vrbo, so make sure you’re checking your emails and reading everything from the property manager (WC Lodging)!

The Santini Farmhouse was perfect for our girls-weekend-getaway! The house was spotless and had everything we needed (including instructions how to work everything and a great info book for all local amenities). When we first saw the Santini Farmhouse on VRBO we thought it was too good to be true. As described, its location, layout, features, etc. appeared ideal. Having just returned, I can now report that the property exceeded out expectations. If you love wine country and the Dry Creek Road area, there's not a better place to stay. We'll certainly return!

This adorable farmhouse is in a perfect location! You are just minutes from several wineries, outdoor activities, & downtown Healdsburg. The bedroom/bathrooms are huge & the living space was great for 4 adults. The hot tub was an added bonus! The property manager was super easy to work with & accommodating. We really felt comfortable at the Santini farm house. Great location. It is right on a busy road, and traffic starts early. We were up anyway, and out the door for wine tasting, but it was loud. There was New furnishing, and handy labels on everything, which was very thoughtful. Great house for 2 couples.
