Welcome to your own slice of Wine Country magic. Just minutes from downtown Healdsburg, this private retreat is all about easy living, beautiful views, and time well spent—whether you’re here to celebrate, reconnect, or simply slow down and soak it all in.

Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and made for gathering. The chef’s kitchen is ready for everything from lazy breakfasts to celebratory dinners, stocked with quality appliances, cookware, baking essentials, a blender, and kettle. Cozy living spaces, ceiling fans, board games, and laptop-friendly work areas make it easy to settle in and stay awhile.

The Bedrooms:

Downstairs Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, soaking tub, and separate toilet room.
The main downstairs level also has a half bathroom for convenience.
Upstairs Bedroom 1: Two queen beds (custom-built adult bunk beds; see photos) with ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination and toilet.
Upstairs Bedroom 2: Two full beds and a crib with ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs Landing: One full-size daybed with a twin trundle bed (both with real mattresses).
Guest House: Separate one-bedroom guest house with a king bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

All bedrooms and the guest house enjoy sweeping vineyard views!

Outdoor & wellness highlights include:
Private pool with optional pool heating (fees apply) & hot tub

Families are especially welcome here, with thoughtful touches that make traveling with kids easier (and more fun), including a high chair, baby bath, changing table, children’s bikes, board games, play area and life-size games. Step-free access and wide doorways throughout much of the home add comfort and ease for guests of all ages.

As our guest, you’re invited to elevate your Wine Country stay with complimentary tastings at several small, locally owned wineries ($730 value). Complimentary tastings are available for up to 6 guests total; additional guests are welcome at each winery’s standard tasting fee.

• Merriam Vineyards – A family-owned estate crafting elegant, Old World–inspired Bordeaux-style wines
• Orsi Family Vineyards – A locally loved winery specializing in expressive, small-lot Italian varietals like Sangiovese and Schioppettino
• Stonemason Cellars – Small-lot wines sourced locally from Sonoma County grapes. Enjoy their “Nibbles & Wine” tasting experience
• Truett Hurst – Deeply rooted in the Healdsburg community, this welcoming downtown tasting experience showcases approachable Dry Creek and Russian River Valley wines, including bold reds and Rhône-inspired blends
